As we cross the Isthmus, we stop to see the great achievement of engineering that finally opened the way between the Gulf of Corinth and the Saronic – Corinthian canal. Delphi, the navel of the earth.
The archeological site of Delphi is one of the most important and richest sites in Greece. Delphi was for centuries the religious and spiritual center of the ancient Greeks as there was the pan-Hellenic sanctuary and the most important oracle of Ancient Greece.
Delphi, designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, attracts a large number of Greeks and foreign visitors throughout the year. Due to the archeological site, neighboring Arachova, but also the ski resort of Parnassos, has experienced great growth.

We travel along the coast to the southernmost point of Attica passing by the most famous beaches and ending at Cape Sounio in the Temple of Poseidon with the wonderful view of the Aegean Sea.
